Episode 40: In AWE of Alana Stanton-Teacher Series

Alana Stanton is a kindergarten teacher at Mulberry Elementary School in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Over the past 15 years she has worked with first grade, second grade, and taught technology special. Alana believes relationships always come first in the classroom and that bringing passion into her lessons instills a love for learning.

In this episode, we learn how Alana has used challenging life experiences as real life lessons from which to grow into a better teacher and person. She shares the inspiring story of how she and her husband turned a less than perfect vehicle into a learning experience and a way for a community to come together as well as the lessons she learned through the heartbreak of trying to build a family through pregnancy loss. Alana’s wisdom and the way she generously shares the lessons she has learned reveal just what a powerful teacher she truly is in this life. I am honored to amplify for you Alana Stanton’s teacher story.
