Episode 81: In AWE of Keely Rees-Coaches Series
Dr. Keely Rees is a Full Professor in the Department of Health Education and Health Promotion at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and is owner of Keely Rees International, LLC. Her research and work in the health field provide the foundation for advocacy, policy, and women’s health in a variety of public health settings. Keely’s career has focused on the well-being of people and organizations. As a teacher, personal coach, workshop facilitator, mother, and wife, Keely has an extensive background in personal and organizational health. She loves working with educators, health professionals, teens, young adults, and professionals of all ages and experiences. Her work is grounded in compassion and enthusiasm for individuals and communities. Keely recognizes how we are all a work in progress and the need for connection and empathy is evident in our homes and workplaces.
In today’s episode, Keely gives us much wisdom that stems from her deep and extensive work in public health and dives deeper into her passion for serving small groups and individuals in their own journey toward healthier living.
