Kara Knollmeyer is author of Unleash Talent: Bringing Out the Best in Yourself and the Learners You Serve. She serves as an assistant principal in St. Louis, Missouri and is an award winning educator.

In this episode, Kara shares about her passion to assist others to discover their passions, strengths, and talents. She also shares her own journey with reclaiming her life through a focus on selfcare, and we learn more about Kara’s journey into finding her own passion. Through her story, we learn how we too can live a life in a way that leads us to not only our own best versions but to seek to assist others to discover theirs.
